Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Regional Senior Credit Administrator to oversee credit quality of loan portfolios for the CRE business group and C&I transactions for a specific region, providing support for other loan portfolios as required.
Requirements
- Screen potential new loan requests
- Communicate with customers, accountants, and attorneys
- Review formal loan requests and decide loans in accordance with Bank’s policies
- Conduct Commercial Rolling Loan Review with Commercial and Business Bankers
- Recommend accurate risk ratings for all new and existing credits
- Conduct training with Portfolio Managers and lending personnel as needed
- Participate in committees or workstreams to represent the credit function
- Act as a liaison with the OCC and/or loan review for the credits within the portfolio of assigned region
- Maintain working knowledge of legal requirements for documenting complex loans
- Monitor, evaluate, and coach Portfolio Managers in portfolio management duties
