Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, Computer Science or related fields
- Understanding software or hardware systems from a support and problem-solving perspective
- Basic knowledge of Linux, scripting, or programming
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and solution delivery
- Willingness to work hands-on with hardware in a lab setting, lab equipment, and field systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional and international teams
