Join our Operations & Maintenance team as a Support Engineer to establish and improve software maintenance processes, standards, and SLA mechanisms. Collaborate with global teams to accelerate issue resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, testing, operations, or technical support.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture and technology stacks (mobile, front-end, back-end); renewable energy software experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of defect management, version control, ITIL framework, and SLA management.
- Ability to troubleshoot online issues independently using monitoring and log analysis tools.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams and with customers.
- Strong resilience under pressure and ability to drive issue resolution.
- English and German proficiency at C1 level; additional languages are always a plus.
