Job Description
We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team, providing person-centered care and building meaningful relationships with residents on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Completed 80-hour certification courses in Geriatric Nursing
- Passed Virginia NACEP test after completion of 80-hour certification course
- Current Nursing Assistant license through Virginia Board of Nursing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain its integrity
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work in stressful environment and deal with medical emergency situations
- Strong customer service skills; maintain a hospitality approach to engaging with all individuals
