Job Description
We're looking for compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our teams in Assisted Living, Healthcare, and Memory Support neighborhoods.
Requirements
- Completed a 120-hour CNA certification course
- Passed the Virginia NACEP test
- Held an active Virginia CNA license through the Virginia Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to medical emergencies
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service mindset and hospitality-focused approach
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations
