Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development and/or commercial negotiations within the music, media or technology sectors
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience working with record labels, music publishers, and other companies in the music industry
- Strong track record of influencing and aligning stakeholders across multiple levels
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to execute multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- High degree of autonomy, ownership, and strategic judgment
