As an ICT Solution Sales Workplace, you will advise and accompany SME customers comprehensively around the theme of Modern Workplace. You will recognize customer needs, develop customized Workplace solutions, and accompany the customer from the first conversation to contract conclusion.
Requirements
- Good to very good understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Knowledge of Managed Workplace Services, Device Management, and Workplace as a Service (WaaS) in the SME context
- Sales flair and proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the ICT or Workplace area
- Trust-building, pleasant nature; can convince through competence, empathy, and clarity; understands the needs of SME customers and speaks their language
- Experience in comprehensive advisory services for Workplace topics: Collaboration (Teams, Webex), Devices (Laptops, Mobile), Video & Meeting Rooms (Teams Rooms, Logitech)
- Experience in creating offers, quotes, and solution concepts for SME customers
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a sense of economics; ability to communicate TCO/ROI arguments clearly
- Team player with interface competence; works well with Sales, PreSales, Delivery, and Product Management together
- Fluent German (verbal/written) is mandatory; English is an asset; additional languages (French, Italian) welcome
