Job Description
The Community Assistant Manager is responsible for the operations of an income-producing property, including personnel functions, leasing, community maintenance, and resident relations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Property Management experience
- Professional presence, appearance, and etiquette
- Strong internal and external customer service
- Knowledgeable and proficiency with typing, Property Marketing, Microsoft Office, Entrata, Real Page preferred
- Strong adherence to following directives, processes, and procedures
- A valid Driver's license is strongly preferred
