Requirements
- J.D. Degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Active Membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar
- Minimum of 5-10+ years of dedicated, high-level experience practicing law
- Mastery-level expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Proven ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
