Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to oversee complex project finance transactions, provide advice and counsel on legal issues, and contribute to our mission of expanding access to clean energy and building a sustainable future.
Requirements
- J.D. Degree from an accredited law school
- Active Membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of dedicated, top-tier experience practicing law
- Strong focus in renewable energy financing transactions
- Proven ability to independently drive numerous complex, high-value transactions
