Bookkeeper/Office Admin

This Bookkeeper/Office Admin position provides administrative support to all departments, encompassing general clerical and secretarial duties, including processing payments, managing expenses, and maintaining office files. They will also assist with events planning, travel arrangements, and customer service. The role involves analyzing information and maintaining the efficiency of the back office.

Requirements

• Experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Bachelors in Business Administration or related field of study preferred.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Reliability, punctuality, and excellent attendance.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to analyze information and demonstrate professionalism.
