Job Description
United Central Industrial Supply, a SunSource company, is launching its 'Grow Our Own' Industrial Sales Development Program for recent graduates. This 12-18 month program provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to prepare graduates for full-time sales roles. The program focuses on learning full-cycle outside sales skills and building customer relationships.
Requirements
- Associate degree or technical training in a related field
- Internship or co-op experience in sales/distribution or manufacturing (preferred)
- Mechanical interest and aptitude
- Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months)
- Strong communication skills
