Job Description
Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is launching a 12-to-18-month Industrial Sales Development Program, GO2, for recent graduates. GO2 provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in an assigned territory. Graduates will learn full cycle sales skills and build relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Associate degree or technical training in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Coursework, training or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance (preferred)
- Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to relocate for training and final placement
