Electro-Matic is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and manage a high-potential territory in South Florida, with responsibilities including building relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving growth through industrial automation solutions.
Requirements
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships within your territory
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build trusted relationships across engineering, purchasing, quality, and leadership teams
- Travel throughout the territory to meet with current and prospective customers
- Present product solutions through demonstrations, samples, and technical discussions
- Prepare pricing proposals, quotes, and sales agreements
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline activity, and project tracking
- Partner with Inside Sales and Customer Service to support customer needs
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, or project requirements
- Represent Electro-Matic at trade shows and industry events
- Stay current on products, technologies, and industry trends through ongoing training
