This position will partner with the Vice President of Human Resources to advance talent strategies at Sunward Credit Union.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in building and scaling performance and talent programs
- Strong knowledge of talent lifecycle practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and project management abilities
