Requirements
- Proven experience as a Country Manager or similar role and experiences
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving ability
- Demonstrated capability in strategy development, setting direction, articulating and driving strategy and business plans
- Demonstrated capability in managing significant organizational change
- Possess a strong knowledge of business process and functions
- Knowledge and understanding of Technology and Data Analytics will be highly regarded
- Sound ability to interpret, analyze and present using financial and statistical data
- Excellent Inter-Personnel Management skills
