Legal Counsel (Commercial)

As a Commercial Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Supermicro's commercial strategy, advising on legal and business risks, and driving the growth of our key partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Practical experience in complex contract negotiations
• Knowledge of the Server/Storage/Cloud Computing industry is a plus
• Strong written communication and influencing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
• A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to ask key questions, identify issues, and develop creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
• A flexible attitude, with the ability to drive change constructively and adapt to new challenges
• Active membership in at least one state bar; candidates with a JD and an interest in business law are also encouraged to apply
