Job Description
We are hiring a Production Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in production management
- Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional problem-solving acumen, and robust organizational skills
- Proficient knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and various production planning tools
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety and product quality
- Capacity to adapt to evolving production technologies and market demands
