Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to manage the production line, improve product quality yields, and inventory control. The ideal candidate has a BS degree or higher, 5+ years of experience in the computer industry, and strong analytical and computer skills.

Requirements

• Responsible for improving product quality yields, and inventory control.
• Manage and supervise team members to meet corporate operating rules and policy.
• Efficiency improvement inside each function of production team.
• Continuous improvement in all aspect of production operations, including quality and efficiency.
• Conducts new hire and cycle training for reduction errors of quality.
• People management.
• Cowork with another shift for win-win together including outputs, efficiency, quality, and flow.
• Other management assigned duties and tasks.
