Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector. The role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence. This position requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a results-driven approach.
Requirements
- High School degree, college degree preferred with 5+ years experience in electronic/high-tech
- Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
- Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Flexible and results-driven approach
- Understanding of computer system assembly
