Job Description
We are looking for a high energy, driven, Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and strategic multi-channel outreach to book qualified meetings for the Sales Team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience leveraging a multi-threaded sales approach (Cold Email, LinkedIn, Cold Call, Social Media)
- Bachelors Degree in business administration, Communication, Marketing or related subjects
- 1 year of SDR experience selling to Enterprise Organizations
- Experience in using an Outbound Prospecting Strategy
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience with cadence software (e.g. Outreach, SalesLoft)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Aptitude for utilizing data, insights & resources to develop a compelling selling story
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally. Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders.
