Job Description
Supermicro is seeking a SEC Reporting Manager to lead the financial reporting function, ensuring regulatory compliance and investor confidence. This role will involve drafting and filing SEC documents, supporting investor relations and financial communication, conducting research on technical accounting, and collaborating with internal teams to strengthen financial reporting processes. The position will also focus on leadership, team development, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or equivalent professional certification
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Big 4 public accounting and high-tech industry experience
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
