Sr. Manager, Cost Accounting (26016)

As a Sr. Manager, Cost Accounting at Supermicro, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost accounting systems, preparing financial analysis, and collaborating with production, procurement, and engineering teams to manage manufacturing and procurement costs. You will also contribute to the budgeting process and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting and multinational corporate accounting
• Cost accounting experience, especially in inventory management within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and experience with accounting software and SAP systems
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
