Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized Kitchen Manager to lead a talented kitchen team. The role involves maintaining high standards of quality, managing labor and food costs, and fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities include reviewing mise en place, task assignment, inventory management, enforcing safety standards, and leading kitchen staff.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a leadership and management role
• Reviewing general mise en place to ensure optimum quality
• Ability to communicate and assign tasks to cooks
• Mentoring kitchen staff with a positive attitude
• Organizational skills to manage product according to FIFO
• Tracking and maintaining inventories and order accordingly
• Labor and food cost management
• Enforcing sanitation and safety standards
• Knowledge of Latin and Caribbean Cuisine
