Director of Commercial Partnerships, Gaming

We're seeking a Director of Commercial Partnerships, Gaming to lead the commercial strategy and supplier ecosystem for the gaming vertical, developing partnerships, negotiating high-value agreements, and ensuring strong vendor performance. The role will drive strategic partnerships that power innovation, optimise costs, and strengthen our market position as we expand across Europe and Latin America.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or procurement within gaming or closely related digital entertainment industries
• Proven track record negotiating high-value commercial agreements and driving measurable revenue growth or cost optimisation
• Strong understanding of gaming products, player behaviour, and market dynamics
• Experience working in regulated markets and complex multi-jurisdiction environments
• Demonstrated people leadership experience (3+ years) with ability to build high-performing teams
