Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or procurement within gaming or closely related digital entertainment industries
• Proven track record negotiating high-value commercial agreements and driving measurable revenue growth or cost optimisation
• Strong understanding of gaming products, player behaviour, and market dynamics
• Experience working in regulated markets and complex multi-jurisdiction environments
• Demonstrated people leadership experience (3+ years) with ability to build high-performing teams
