We're seeking a Director of People & Culture (P&C) Program and Governance to lead our global People transformation and strategic execution. As the architect of our global People agenda, you will partner with our team to bring initiatives to life, drive discipline and velocity, and ensure every initiative is prioritized for value and aligned cross-functionally.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in program and portfolio management
- Proven track record of leading large-scale global transformations
- Significant experience in management consulting or internal strategy
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams of senior project managers and specialists
- Exceptional ability to translate complex portfolio data into clear, data-driven narratives
- Advanced influencing skills to navigate ambiguity and build credibility within a high-growth, matrixed C-suite environment
- Strong financial literacy with a focus on capacity modeling, budget oversight, and value realization
- Expert in PPM methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion) to drive organizational transparency and reporting at scale
