HR Officer Retail

We're looking for an HR Officer Retail to partner with our team to bring people initiatives to life. As the operational engine of the HR team for our Arcades and Casino, you'll support management and employees with soft HR and help roll out large HR projects successfully.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience (preferably in HR, personnel work, or administration)
• Experience in HR administration or soft HR is a must
• Hands-on mentality, accurate and discreet
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• Team player who easily works together with employees at all levels
