We're looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our P&T Talent Acquisition team, partnering with our team to bring exciting people initiatives to life. As an experienced Tech Sourcer, you'll be responsible for proactively sourcing and identifying top talent for Product & Technology roles across global markets.
Requirements
- Proactively source and identify top talent for Product & Technology roles
- Build long-term talent pipelines for critical skill areas and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers
- Track and manage candidates via our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Deliver high-quality shortlists and insights to TA Partners and hiring teams
- Experiment with creative sourcing tactics
- Collaborate across markets and teams to share sourcing best practices
- Bring 2-3 years of experience as a Sourcer or Talent Researcher
- Confident navigating LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing
- Understand common product and engineering profiles
- Communicate clearly and build rapport quickly
- Work effectively in a fast-moving, international environment
