SuperDial is building the automation layer for healthcare operations and is looking for a Paralegal to support contracts, legal operations, and commercial agreements as they scale.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements
• Manage the contract lifecycle
• Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters and escalations
• Maintain and improve legal templates, playbooks, and internal processes
• Support compliance, data privacy, and healthcare-related legal documentation
