Paralegal

CLEAR is seeking a Paralegal to support its Legal team across a wide range of commercial, compliance and regulatory, corporate and securities, labor and employment, litigation and disputes, privacy, and product-related matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment with broad exposure to different areas of law
• Familiarity with legal workflows across one or more of the following areas: commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, employment, or privacy
• Clear, concise communication and the ability to work effectively with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to take initiative and improve processes
