We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, Workable is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
