We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team at UXBERT Labs, a digital and user experience design agency in the GCC. Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
- Write clear and comprehensive documentation
- Effectively communicate requirements and key insights to cross-functional team members
- Monitor project status and recommend actions
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Evaluate business processes and develop solutions
- Assist in testing and validation of solutions
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions
