Senior Business Analyst

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, scope of work, and requirements
• Write clear and comprehensive documentation
• Effectively communicate requirements, key insights, and findings to cross-functional team members, management, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project status
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Evaluate business processes and develop solutions
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Assist in testing and validation of solutions
• Create training materials and conduct user training sessions
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices
• Proficient in tools for documentation and project tracking
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Advanced technical skills, experience with system integration, APIs, and web services
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
