Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, and to write clear and comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with requirements gathering and analysis, business process modeling, and software development life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT/Computer Science
• At least 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Proven experience with requirements gathering and analysis, as well as business process modeling
• Ability to understand problems and find solutions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices
• Proficient in tools for documentation and project tracking
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Advanced technical skills, experience with system integration, APIs, and web services
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
