The ideal candidate will have experience with requirements gathering and analysis, business process modeling, and software development life cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT/Computer Science
- At least 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Proven experience with requirements gathering and analysis, as well as business process modeling
- Ability to understand problems and find solutions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices
- Proficient in tools for documentation and project tracking
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Advanced technical skills, experience with system integration, APIs, and web services
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
