Job Description
Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented, customer service focused, Patient Care Coordinator to join our CDA Family Medicine Team! The role involves performing medical clerical duties such as registration, pre-registration, and data entry, with a focus on providing great customer service to patients and working well under stress.
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Ability to relate and work effectively with others
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Customer service background
- Prior clerical or medical office experience preferred
