Requirements
- Registration and pre-registration functions
- Preparation of pre-registration packets
- Processing co-payments and payments
- Registering patients and updating medical records
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Performing nightly closing procedures
- Calling patients for pre-registration notification
