Job Description
The Director of Partnerships will serve as the primary architect for the Surgical Data Science Collective's institutional expansion, building a global network of surgical data through strategic partnerships with US healthcare systems and academic medical centers.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in healthcare strategic growth
- Proactive orientation with ability to map out a healthcare organization and reach decision-makers
- Complex negotiation experience with Data Use Agreements (DUAs), IRB processes, and HIPAA-regulated data environments
- Technical and clinical literacy with ability to discuss AI, robotics, and surgical data science with surgeons and researchers
