Job Description
SurveyMonkey is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of its AI and ML platform. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to define AI capabilities, develop a roadmap, and ensure the platform operates predictably and securely.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building and launching SaaS products
- 2+ years of experience launching AI-powered products involving generative AI and conversational interfaces
- 3+ years defining ML platform capabilities
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks and architectures
- Experience writing lightweight code to prototype AI capabilities
- Demonstrated experience building 0→1 products or greenfield capabilities
- Experience defining clear product metrics and success frameworks
