Senior Product Manager - AI and ML Platform

SurveyMonkey is looking for a Senior Product Manager - AI and ML Platform to lead the development of AI-driven experiences for the survey workflow. The role will partner with engineering, AI/ML, design, and data science teams to deliver against the vision of bringing AI directly into the survey workflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building and launching SaaS products
• 2+ years of experience launching AI-powered products involving generative AI and conversational interfaces
• 3+ years defining ML platform capabilities, including model development, integration, evaluation pipelines, data feedback loops, and platform APIs
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks and architectures with deep knowledge of evals, and context management
• Experience writing lightweight code to prototype AI capabilities
• Demonstrated experience building 0→1 products or greenfield capabilities, navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives from concept to launch
• Experience defining clear product metrics and success frameworks, including adoption, engagement, task success, model quality, and business impact
