North Carolina Regional Grassroots Field Directors

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America is seeking diligent, hardworking, and passionate Field Directors to advance the pro-life cause, with essential duties including building grassroots organizations, recruiting and training field representatives, and attending local meetings.

Requirements

• Build a grassroots organization within Iowa to conduct precinct walks to survey and educate voters on pro-life issues related to the 2026 election.
• Recruit, train, and manage teams of paid field representatives to contact pro-life and persuadable voters.
• Attend local evening meetings with community, activist, and political groups as an ambassador and a representative of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America.
• Monitor, track, and provide reports of actual results on a daily and weekly basis.
• Regularly use and monitor social media as a means of recruitment, communication, and follow-up.
• Participate in weekly team meetings by phone and occasionally in person.
