The Regional Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving and overachieving sales targets across all routes to market within the region. They will lead a cross-functional regional sales team, own their own profit and loss (P&L) and sales key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, and foster a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Extensive successful experience leading a successful sales team selling Enterprise Software
- Strong sales leadership experience both working in direct sales and indirect (partner) structures
- Proven ability to understand and drive sales process from plan to close, able to add value and āmakeā deals
- Ability to manage and work with teams in different countries
- Experience in all routes to market & Open Source is a pre.
- Able to work in a matrix environment with both direct and indirect reports in team
- Preferable would-be candidate that can demonstrate Opensource knowledge and expertise
- Proven ability to represent your team and SUSE both within and outside the company
