Energy Engineer - NY / MA

Sustainable Comfort, Inc. is seeking an Energy Engineer to support multifamily projects through design, analysis, and early construction, helping project teams meet performance, program, and electrification goals.

Requirements

• Experience contributing to energy modeling, audits, or green building certification programs
• Strong understanding of building science principles, HVAC systems, and high-performance construction strategies
• Familiarity with energy modeling tools such as eQUEST, TREAT, TRACE, HERS software, or similar
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the Northeast, including occasional overnight travel
