Job Description
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Swagel Wootton Eye Institute. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and improving referral patient processes, fielding inbound patient information, and providing knowledgeable and caring service to all patients and partners.
