Talent Acquisition Specialist - Freelance

Swan is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to complete their team. The scope would be mainly focused on hiring for their operations department or other non-technical roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment management, including developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies, conducting thorough screening interviews, and managing the recruitment process through to offer acceptance.
