Job Description
Swayable is seeking a VP Marketing to own and scale the full marketing function through our next stage of growth. The role involves leading marketing across demand gen, events, thought leadership, content, brand, PR, sales enablement, and marketing operations.
Requirements
- Led marketing at a B2B SaaS company through a meaningful growth period (5-10X growth)
- Marketed to marketers, brand leaders, insights teams, research teams, or similar buyers
- Depth across demand gen, brand, events, content, PR, and sales enablement
- Analytical, ROI-oriented, and comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Strong storyteller who can simplify a sophisticated product and category
- Scrappy, creative, commercial, and comfortable in a broad mandate
- Strong judgment, executive presence, and clear communication
- Experience in martech, adtech, consumer insights, market research, media measurement, or related categories is strongly preferred
