We are hiring a VP Marketing to own and scale a revenue-driven marketing engine that directly impacts Videa’s growth trajectory, enterprise pipeline, and category leadership. The role is responsible for building a repeatable, high-performing go-to-market system that drives pipeline, accelerates enterprise deals, and establishes Videa as the leader in AI-powered dental care.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of owning and driving enterprise pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Deep experience in enterprise or vertical SaaS environments with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong expertise in product marketing, positioning, and translating technical products into clear value for multiple audiences
• Experience building and scaling account-based marketing and enterprise demand generation programs
• Strong analytical and operational mindset, with deep understanding of attribution, funnel performance, and revenue metrics
• Experience aligning marketing, sales, and product into a unified go-to-market motion
• Builder mentality — equally comfortable setting strategy and executing hands-on
