We are seeking a PayOps Intern to support operational workflow design, process improvement initiatives, and project standardization efforts across the PayOps organization.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
- Completed at least 3 years of college coursework
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes, workflows, and operational dependencies
- Basic experience with process mapping or project management tools (e.g., Figma, Lucidchart, Jira)
- Solid communication skills and the ability to summarize findings and recommendations in a polished and structured format
- Detailâoriented, curious, and comfortable learning new systems, tools, and business processes
- Ability to work effectively in a corporate, crossâfunctional environment
