PayOps Intern - SWIVEL

SWIVEL is seeking a PayOps Intern to support operational workflow design, process improvement initiatives, and project standardization efforts across the PayOps organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems and tools while applying structured problem-solving techniques.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
• Completed at least 3 years of college coursework.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes, workflows, and operational dependencies.
• Basic experience with process mapping or project management tools (e.g., Figma, Lucidchart, Jira).
• Solid communication skills and the ability to summarize findings and recommendations in a polished and structured format.
• Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable learning new systems, tools, and business processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a corporate, cross-functional environment.
