Seeking a Sr Loan Officer to solicit mortgage loans, provide customer assistance, and develop sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of mortgage sales and loan origination experience, a mortgage loan originator license, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mortgage sales and loan origination experience
- Mortgage Loan Originators license with NMLS
- Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending
- Current driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Ability to operate personal computers to include MS Word, Excel and Internet
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
